At Lux Lights, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring your satisfaction. Our refund policy for deposits is designed to offer you flexibility and peace of mind when scheduling your installation.

1. Online Deposits (Up to $100)

Eligibility for Refund:
Deposits made online up to $100 are fully refundable.
Refund Request Period:
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the deposit payment date.
How to Request a Refund:

Provide your name, address, contact information, and proof of deposit payment.

2. Other Payments (On-Site or Online Presentation Deposits)

Eligibility for Refund:
Payments made with a sales representative on-site or following an online presentation are eligible for a refund.
Refund Request Period:
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the payment date.
How to Request a Refund:

Provide your name, address, contact information, and proof of payment.

Additional Terms

Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of the refund request.
Method of Refund:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
Non-Refundable After the Specified Period:
Deposits and payments become non-refundable after the respective 30-day or 3-day refund request periods have elapsed, as we begin preparations for your project.
Changes to the Policy:
Lux Lights reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page.
